Historic Eastern Europe
Castles, cities, spas, forests and food from Hungary to Croatia
The Balkans - where East meets West and old blends with new.
This region has been at the centre of European history for centuries but has remained relatively untouched by tourism or over-exposed in the West.
Our 14 night/15 day tour will give you the time to explore the historic Chain District of Budapest as it straddles the Danube or experience the thermal baths, visit the vineyards and cafes of Croatia, explore Belgrade (one of Europe's oldest cities) before moving on to the extraordinary beauty of Kotor and two of Europe's most interesting cities, Sarajevo and Dubrovnik.
Our itinerary will allow you to enjoy Balkan foods, the rich traditions of the countries, their amazing place in European history but with enough free time to take thinks at your own pace.
